We reserve the right to throttle bandwidth, restrict file sizes, or suspend synchronization features if your usage places a disproportionate load on our infrastructure or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. User Dataset Ownership and License

You retain all rights and ownership to the datasets you upload, synchronize, or process using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, technical license to host, process, and synchronize this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You warrant that you will not process any highly regulated data (such as protected health information or sensitive financial records) unless explicitly supported by our compliance documentation.
